Php web beased software development

I am looking for a developer to complete a web based software programme which another developer has produced the majority of already. He is too busy to complete it in a resonible time or to carry out future add-ons which we will require going forward. He will carry out a handover of the system to the new developer.

The system is a web based business management programme, already completed are the technical aspects of the designs we carry out on a day to day basis. The parts which are left to complete are the processes such as purchase ordering, invoicing, and general flow of the system between company operatives and sub-contractors.

The system will be on going and we wish to keep developing the system over time. We are also in the process of starting two other businesses which will require similar software deveolping from the start and possibly merging with this original.

It would be good to have somebody in the North West of England so communication and meetings would be easier to arrange.
