PHP Warehouse Form Modules Development - 10 Modules (Re-Create)

I'm developing a process tracking system combine both process tracking & warehouse modules. I would like to hire someone to complete some of the warehouse modules for me. I will provide the database design, interface instruction and full explanation support for you.

Each module needs to has CRUD actions. I will provide the current project source code at GitHub for you (Private Project) as well as the database and the database diagram.

-Approval Interface (View/Update)

-Discrepancy Form (CRUD)

All forms approval will redirect to "Approval Interface" and the PIC will do the approval from there. (central interface)
