PHP Programming

These are assignments that are due for my classes. I have a really full schedule and cannot do these. First I don\'t understand what I\'m doing and secondly the instructor is not returning phones calls or is willing to help. Therefore I am posting here for a programmer.
This is a beginning PHP class so it will only be basic php. Once I\'ve decided to hire someone I will furnish the files and what needs to be done.
