PHP programmer

We have one site and want some correction;

1. Here buy button should not appears for the Free option

2. admin panel is showing Pictures allowed per ad : (above is not per ad)

3. after upgrading the membership (by clicking on buy) we are unable to write anything in the text box (ad discription)

4. it is not creating google.xml when runing awalclassified.com/update.php

5. rss.php not working some time (mostly)

one another site require little modification
ading the adsense on right side
content should be available (display) without login (home, brows, forum should not require login.
