Php/Mysql -- Make Long Form Page Mobile Friendly

Hi there,

I have a lengthy form page with around 100 tick-boxes on my php/mysql website, that was designed long ago for desktop/laptop users.

The page needs to be made mobile friendly, so ideally be responsive, and also have the user choose from drop-down menus instead of the current tick-box selections.

If the page can’t be made responsive due to its age, then either mobile users can be displayed a different page to the laptop/desktop user or we can just do a “mobile first” page, where the focus is on mobile, rather than desktop usability.
