PHP / javascript code to display ranking of displayed members

Hello,

I would need two things on my website :
1. I use Ultimate member to manage members with some specific data related. Among this data there is a member record time. Currenlty I use this field with a number in seconds, but I would like the number to be entered in minutes and seconds (ssss) with a format control (mm:ss). This number is important as it is used to display the members in the directory in descending order. I would like this change from seconds to minutes:seconds to keep the ability to have a descending order based on mm:ss.
This must be achieved without the pro version of Ultimate member.

2. I would like a PHP/javascript code to add on each member directory line a ranking number from 1 to x on the right side of the member box (see attached picture). This number should not be linked to the member but to the position among the member displayed. This means that if we use the filter the numbering system will be recalculated.
