PHP file upload

Hi,

I need a php upload script thats a little more than the standard script. I need something with some quite specific elements. I will take you through it.

HTML form must contain 3 elements, Directory name, email address and file upload.

Create a directory using the field specified if directory does not already exist. If it does it should upload to it. It should not take preference to capitals, all folder names should be lower case. It should also convert any spaces into underscores "_".

The script needs to validate the file type (images, HMTL, CSS or ZIP)

validate the file size (less than 500kb)

send an email form the address specified to my email

once upload is complete it should either display an error if upload doesnt mean criteria or display a page which provides a table given you the file name, location and size.

It should also have a link to "upload more files" which will take them back to the upload page however have the directory and email address pre filled out.

I no this is alot to ask but im sure someone can do it!

If the scripts could all have some comments with explanatory notes so I can see what does what that would be great. that way I can make changes if I need to.
