PHP expert to build a website

We are looking for a programmer to build a dynamic artist's portfolio site with cms for our client. Preferably with Joomla! But we are open to ideas, as long as the cms interface is user-friendly. We will supply the designs.

Depending on the design solutions, the site will be consisting of 10-12 pages (and the dynamic content). There will be a gallery with stills and moving images. Our client would like to be able to create new albums, and add images to these albums, within the design template. The site needs to be accessible, and free from errors.

Please note, you should be able to provide us an invoice for this job. And we won't be able to put a link to the programmer's website from our client's website.
