The project is a Html/Css front-end, with a PHP back-end. I need a developer to work on a template base core PHP back-end script, it would be helpful to have some common knowledge of smarty.net template engine to implement it. You should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, also, the back-end script is not an open source
