PDF Document Sharing

I have 34 PDF documents with embedded links back to the relevant, internal page on a client website. These documents need adding to slideshare, issuu, scribd + 2 more that offer follow or no follow links back. I do not want these submitting to 20 or 30 sites. The entry on the document sharing site should also have a link back to the source page. We then have a link from the PDF and the page it sits on. I am not interested in anchor text beyond the brand/visit/click here or the raw URL.
If I wanted to automate this process, I would do it myself. Manual is what I will pay for and not from the same name on every website. The work needs spreading out over a couple of weeks
