General information for the website: Parental control with time restrictions/monitoring/task completion reward system

Description of requirements/features: This will be a parental control that will block apps until an application (I will tell which app) is used for a specified time per day (time requirements set by parent as reward system).

After the app is used for the required time: a red light will turn green on the computer website and all other games or apps can be utilized. The computer site will automatically update frequently and have a refresh button for immediate usage and geolocation update.

There will be only a login screen for the parent where apps can be blocked/timed/allowed along with accepting new apps and contacts.

The computer website will display a single bar graph indicating the minutes of usage for all apps including the parent's chosen task application for the day (Starts new at midnight) The parental control will block new apps along with texts/calls until parent accepts the contact. The phone app will only run in the background. The parent's chosen application will have to be in active mode and not ran in the background in order for the time to count: this important. A list of the contacts need to be displayed only.

Different levels of parental control / block alternate browser / categories

There needs to be schooltime/bedtime timeout option

The program will have payment splitting based on a promotion code that is entered. I will give more details on this.
