Page Load Time - Speed Problem

WordPress website at https://www.joyfultimestoday.com is built with purchased theme and uses plugins and it is really slow. The site homepage and overall website performance is really bad.

Our own Google Analytics screenshot attached shows an average of more than 20 seconds page loading time.

I need an expert to analyze the site and come up with a plan to make this website screaming fast at less than 1 second page loading time...do you know how to do that?
