Page Flip Application to go on the website section

Hi
Im launching a monthly 24 pages magazine for the advertising of local business in my area, Im looking for a small application to integrate on my websites Magazine section preferably a Page Flip application so that people can see the same magazine as a hard copy distributed on their doorstep. It will be changing every month so I want something easy to change myself for later editions.

It will be great if someone help me out on that.

It will be a fixed pay job
