Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 2
Description of requirements/features: I have some issues to be fixed on OsTicket.
I have added some report and I need to download them in pdf.
They are already generated, I just would like to add the opportunity to download the pdf of the full page.
The second issue is on attachement. When I reassingn the ticket and add to it an attachment I need to submit the form 2 times. I' d like to do everything at once.
