OpenRealty website

We are a small startup business. We deals with property lettings, management and consultancy. We have written down all the material required for the website on all pages. Logo will also be supplied.

We want someone to design a website (we prefer) in open-realty. What we want is, complet functional website with easy to use admin penal. We want these feature to be configured -

-property search
-property listing by users (paying the fee via paypal)
-simple price adjustment system with discount voucher facility
- listing with photos and youtube videos
- rss feed for new offers
-tenant and landlord registration process
- news letter option
- space for web banners
-featured listing
-and couple of online forms and call back button, share / print page options.

we need someone who has a proven record of work in open-realty and can
send us the links to his work. We can also consider if someone can do this work in joomla.

one important thing is the time frame in which you can accomplish this job. We need this to be started and done as soon as possible.
