Customer completes form on front end (captures various data including email), takes them to an auto-generated web-page with price for different packages, telling them if service available and showing a booking form - and possibly PayPal, sends an e-mail to them with price (email must be changeable). Could also flag up a current special offer. (our website runs on WordPress so the initial form needs to run on that; but the auto-generated page can run outside of WordPress if required)

Backend needs login (with user management for creating and amending users); set package types for event types; set prices for counties; set prices for add-ons; set availability for packages , counties and dates (a calendar with available/not available); edit e-mail; mark lead as lost; mark lead as sale; assign salesperson; add notes to customer; last call date; next call date

Reporting: Sales; active leads; lost leads (and all filterable by salesperson, date) call today list
Export (as CSV) customers added by date and filterable by active/lost/bought

Must also email a specific e-mail address with details of lead captured.
