One page design with edit option for type

I am looking for a one page document that I could edit and add working to.

I am producing some coaching short videos for a rugby club and I was hoping to have something designed so that it can be added to the video at the start as means of an introduction and then further image would then be added at various intervals during the video, which will explain certain aspects of the activity that is being carried out. Hence why I would need there be the option to edit or add wording to each 'slide'.

The basic design would be to mirror the black and grey textured finish of the shirt attached, sponsors logos to be visible in red across the bottom of the page as on the shirt and then club badge in colour, but with the badge being on a large scale (full height) on the right hand side of the page, but maybe not getting all of the badge on display, possibly 2/3s.
