On-Page-SEO-Fixes on two Adult-Websites

I have a problem with the link text on two adult websites.

My Seobility tells me, that the link text is missing and is showing double headings. Those issues need to be fixed.

I need someone who has experience with Seobility and with Wordpress (and Blogs)

My Seobility-Score is on one website at 93%
Tech & Meta: 97%
Structure: 84%
Content: 99%

The other website:
82% in total
Tech & Meta: 85%
Structure: 68%
Content: 92%

I need my Structore-Score at around 90+%
