General information for the website: School
Description of requirements/features: I want a Windows Application to be created. It will be mainly Windows 10 devices that it will run on. The purpose of the application is to allow my class to do multiple choice questions.
The programme should work FULLY OFFLINE with a SYNC ability to send results with a manual download excel and upload to an online website later.
Programme has a bank of questions under around 15 different categories. The system each time the users says ‘take quiz’ will select X number from each category.
Online side (admin) as the ability to download results (all and by school).
IMPORTANT: the programme must work as a ‘portable application’ (standalone ) i.e it just runs – no install needed. It would be good to do a very small demo to show this is possible first.

It should also have the same functions in an online website as well.

And how seriously secured (hack-proof) the system should to be? -
Hi Lewis,
There will be a Client - Server require for this.
Sever will keep all question etc data and will be send to Client when it will select the Quiz option.
