NODE JS, YII Project Environment Setup

I have 2 projects developed with Node JS and YII Framework.

I need you to solve the dependency issues and make them runnable.

I am okay with either Windows (docker) or Ubuntu.

These projects were under development until Sept 2021. Now the projects will be resurfaced.

First, we will decide on the development environment. Windows or Ubuntu.

You will be provided with remote access to a PC in your chosen environment. I will provide a fresh installation of the OS and the codes in a folder. Your job will be to install the development environment and fix the dependency or build issues ad make the projects runnable.

The final deliverables are the project running on that PC and a quick guide to replicate the setup process on another PC (I don't need a complete manual, just the steps to follow.) so that a developer can proceed with the next level of work.
