Nice looking website with quote engine

I am looking for ideally a UK based developer can can put together a professional website for us which will have a quote engine built in, able to use conditional logic to ask the customer a list of questions before presenting them with information and a quotation. At the end of the process we may request a payment through a card payment for the delivery of a pdf report, so please ensure you show us an examples of similar website you have produced which include quote engines and payment integration
