Newsletter Template Conversion to Mail Chimp

We have designed a newsletter template for our new blog and need to have this converted and set up in mail chimp so we can add text, images, and banners to the sections of the template.

The template will allow readers to forward to friends via email, facebook, twitter, google plus, and linked in.

There will also be a variation of hyper links to the website in the footer.

We welcome bids for this project, you must have experience of designing mail chimp templates.
