New Simple website and some programming required.

. A web page that people can use as their home page - very simple in design. No photographs or video to be included. The page app will provide a unique filter for search engine results to provide the customer with a more useful set of search engine results.

The page will:
• allow searching of all the major search engines
• filter the search results by a few parameters

For the website to work, some programming will be required to:

1. Access search engine APIs
2. Do some filtering on the results provided by the search engines.

I do not know what programming language will be required to perform the filtering - the contractor should make suggestions about which language should be used.

I need this job doing by next Thursday (1st August) at the latest. Only apply if you know you can meet this deadline.

A fuller description will be sent to the short list of contractors with the right price and who know they can meet the deadline.

The service is already in development as an app for IOS. It would be extremely useful for the winning contractor to have an iphone or ipad so that you can see how the app works to show you how the web page should function. Please specify if you have an IOS device.

The hosting for this site is already setup - I just need you to create the site with the appropriate filtering programming.

The copyright of all coding remains with me and you would be expected to pass all code to me.
