NEW Adult site - need co-worker

Hello, I have a new project and now I'am looking for some co-worker who's really interesting in adult sites.

Requirements:
* good web developer
* basic knowledge of principles how adult sites works

If it's possible:
* linux administrator

I need you for cooperation on this project, you'll be responsible for creating web site, implementing payment systems and some other things.

I offer 15% share in project | After you're work you'll have 15% and minimum work - just \"be on the phone if something will happen\"

I'll take care of management of whole project, content etc.
