We need to hire somebody who fully understand Google Pagespeed Insights. We have to increase our scores for both desktop and mobile, but especially mobile.
Candidate needs to understand speed aspects and be able to improve them, such as :
Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
First Contentful Paint (FCP)
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)
First Input Delay (FID)
Plus must fully understand all information returned via Pagespeed Insights.
