Need to adapt our website and take it to the next level.

General information for the website: We review student houses. - Want it developed further in PHP. Or potentially from scratch with Ruby and rails.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Our start up is called StudentBricks and it allows students to review there university houses. However we are looking to develop it so that Landlords/lettings Agents have accounts and can use the website to interact with the students to find the best house to live in.

We currently have one site live www.studentbricks.co.uk however we are looking to develop the new version as soon as possible (deadline June/July) either building on the current PHP site or creating a new one with everything on Ruby on Rails.

Must have experience with integrating a number of services (e.g Google API, Social Media) into other programs and be confident and efficient in their working.

Successful candidates will then be reviewed and then given time to create aprox quotation of the project upon receiving further specification regarding the features of the site.

CMS and Admin requirements: We need to be able to manage all content from our back end.
Specific technologies required: Currently developed on PHP. Either continue in this language. Or from scratch in PHP.
