Need something fixing on my website

I recently had a some malware on my website so it was reset and cleaned up, now I am receiving this error on the main order form on the site's frontend:

So need it sorted out without changing the form functioning at all.


- I also need a few plugins updated properly without affecting the functioning of the website in any way.
