Need someone to quickly convert PSD to HTML5 CSS3 Responsive

General information for the website: Need HTML5 / CSS3 responsive layout that looks good both on web and tablet versions
Num. of web pages/modules: 8
Description of every page/module: Screen 1 layers folder in attached PSD is the loading screen. Screen 2 has three big buttons (preferably created using CSS - Optionally use images). Screen 3-1 has a form and this is very much similar to Screen 4-1 and Screen 5-1. Screen 3-1-2 has a simple message and is very much similar to Screen 4-1-2 and Screen 5-12.
Description of requirements/features: I need clean code with proper syntax and validations in place. I can not accept the code if the code has not followed html5, css3 standards and is not responsive.

All class names for DIVs must be meaningful and follow a common naming convention.

Extra notes: This is just a sample work. Hence I am going to hire more than one person for this job. On successful completion, I would like the same person to work on the entire tablet version and admin dashboard.
