Need quick expert Drupal help (three quick tasks)

I need a Drupal expert immediately to do three tasks for a fixed price within the NEXT FOUR HOURS. I don't care about resume or portfolio, just CAN YOU DO THE FOLLOWING; have you done this before?

Task 1:
I setup a copy of a Drupal website but I cannot login. Credentials are correct, I'm getting an "Access denied" message. I need someone who knows what the issue likely is, not someone who needs to research it.

Tasks 2 & 3:
Implement a blog calendar and category filter in the blog's sidebar. This is simple CSS, nothing fancy.

Must be fluent in the following:

PHP v. 5.3.6
MySQL v. 5.1.55
Drupal v. 6.22
Blog module v. 6.22

Must be in the US or able to call me. Must be able to work quickly.
