Need help with ZenCart website!

Hi I accidently overwritten something in my uncle's website which is a zencart website. I have lost alot of the homepage content like categories and products have all disappeared some how and I am not sure how. All I did was upload some files on the FTP on the wrong directory by mistake but I have not lost the index.php it still works but just doesnt show any categories or products anymore, like it used to look here on the cached version I tried to find uploaded for you to see
