Need help with Long Dropdown Menu or viable solution

We need some help in finding a solution for a complex menu.

We've basically setup this menu:

you can see its got 5 levels.

You can see the the 4th Level, is way too long, we want to implement some sort of javascript which can reduce this or do something fancy, so i found this:

This is a perfect solution that i've been trying to implement onto our 4th Level only, but have not been very successful, are you be able to help us out? Or would you have any other ideas of another similar solution?

We will then ultimately want to implement the menu in the homepage:
http://unioncolours.iformat.com.au/
So that the menus fit into the grey box when you hover over the red buttons.

The menu needs to work like

and will be implemented on http://unioncolours.iformat.com.au/

So if you hover over Pigments for Inks > For Aqueous System > Red
You can see that the menu is very long and doesn't fit in the grey box. Anyone able to create the menu and do what I have requested?
