Need help fixing/modifying VLDPersonals based dating website

General information for the website: VLD Personals based dating site needs to be adapted for international userbase, with zip codes etc

Description of requirements/features: We have a VLDpersonals based dating site, it's functioning and live, but originally we restricted use of the site to the UK, and another programmer implemented UK based postcode search and other features. We now want to modify the site so that it's useable by other countried, including zip code search, but the previous programmers work might mean we need extra coding to achieve this, so we need someone familiar with VLDPersonals who can do what seems to be pretty simple coding or modifications, it's just we are not coders ourselves!
Specific technologies required: VLDPersonals or knowledge of similar software/code
