Need few edits on my current ASP.NET website

I have an ASP.NET app that was built few months ago but needs some edits, for this job i want:

1) Edit the current Twitter API app that is connected with the website. (adding two features)
2) Add a profile page for each user (sellers only)
3) Add a PayPal payment page (PayPal API)
4) Just few little edits in some pages or adding texts.

If you can do those edits for $100 please tell me so i can give you full details on the website, please note this is my maximum budget since I already paid enough building the site so again this is my FINAL PRICE and im ready to pay right away and i have more projects i wanna do with a lotttt bigger budget than this of course.
