Need experienced webpage designer that can edit widget code and make a page load fast

i need the below page to load faster and open to a different design/style; if you click on that link it will load a page of properties for rent; click on a property and a new page will load; there will be a blue apply now button; if you click that link it will then open an online application for the property; each property will have a different url when open; note the website is hosted by hero pm; on the below link embedded on that page is widget code from propertyware; the widget code can be edited; i believe that particular page url is also hosted by itself from host gator ; i have already paid a couple other people who said they could assist yet were unable to so want to make sure you are fully capable to handle
