Need back end server code to process input from 2 existing ASPX Web pages (forms).

General information for the website: The pages were developed with Microsoft Expression Web 4. My Website is run on a Windows based server with support for ODBC, PERL, CGI-BIN + PHP 4 & 5, MySQL with phpMyAdmin interfaces. JavaScript and VBScript can also be utilized.
