Need an HTML 'email signature' for our company emails.

We are a small company in need of HTML email signatures to put in our emails.
We have done the design and have in-house developers who provide code to our website/crm and can check the work, but they do not specialise in this type of work.

We need someone who is accurate with their work. We tried to work with someone recently who didn't do the spec as the design stated and so the project didnt complete.

Price wise, please quote an appropriate price for the work and completion time.
