Need a web site up dating and monetising

I have a website with 50,000 users and i want it monetising and improving and a shop adding so can sell products , would like to charge a monthly fee for users also and improve the advertising. Maybe Facebook advertising also to see if can get more users . This will be long term and continued work . Ideally need you based in or near Peterborough.
