Need a site on the first page of google, most of the work done already.

I need someone to get a site to appear on the first page of google, I have added keywords to the site, submitted the site to all the top search engines, created a few back links and installed Yoast, plus manually submitted the site to google and created a Facebook page and added it to google maps, but still it's not on the first page. I'm not sure what's missing, if you know and are sure you can get a site with relatively low competition onto the first page easily, then please get in touch, I need this doing ASAP please.
