Need A New Template Loaded to Site and Site Backed Up

Kind of development: New theme from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Someone to load a template for me
1: To sort out all coding
2: To check site so it is optimised for internet
3: To put all the changes on the new template
4: To ensure site is running smoothly
5: To complete work today
6: To keep me informed of all processes

If you do not believe you can work with the template , please do not bid. I want my site to look exactly like the template , only a few changes to the colour and obviously text and images to be changed. This has been reposted as not happy with how the site looks now.
