Need a Graph plot system to plot/perform operations on data[Re]

We need a graph plot system to plot the patients heart beats on a grid based graph to perform analysis and operations on it efficiently. The solution is already implemented but ease of use is a major issue that we are facing right now as our current implementation consists of complex steps to perform even simplest of operations.
