Need a fast rudimentary demo with some Videos

I have a job i am bidding for offline and i need a REALLY fast demo to be made to demo the concept, it involves a page with a login ability and then moving on to a page which will allow for a video to be shown in say for example flowplayer or jplayer, there are 3 videos in total the concept is the video will play and then at the same time on the same page a list of multiple choice questions will appear based on the video being watched, at the end of it there is like a results thing, again it does not have to be a working system this is merely for demo purposes, i will most likely go with the same developer for the full project so speed is of the essence here, price and speed are the determining factors here, as this is a demo the budget is low, preference is given top those with the best combination of lowest price and standard of work, this has to be done tonight i envisage 3-4 hours hard slog and we will work together to achieve the results
