Need a clone of a website

i want a copy of http://hunnyhive.com with a full back end for admin and a rebranding option so i can sell it as a package. it needs to have customisable options added these i will need you to add as and when required as 90% of the work is done by dsimply copying the other site your realy only bidding to make the back end and tie it to your clone/download of the website
