Need 2 Hours - Wordpress / Plugin Configuration today

Hi, I have been let down by a contractor and need to resolve a few bits with a wordpress website. Specifically, its a map plugin (MapSVG). I've created a map, with relevant dots and URLs based on a previous version however need a few urgent fixes.
1 - its not actually linking through to the relevant URLs and mentions I need to tweak the template
2 - I need the hotspots a little smaller in the initial view (when zooming they are ideal size)
3 - Need to change 3 of the hotspots to a slightly different design (that Ill upload shortly and may even get done myself while updating)
4 - Hide a menu that appears on mobile but not desktop.

5 - Optional if time allows, update the icon key on the page (it shows 3 dots and what they mean, we have 2 new dots instead with different descriptions. This isn't critical and more if time allows although I may even be able to update that myself later)

This is an urgent one that needs doing this afternoon. I've factored 2 hours, but can see it being 30 mins familiarisation with plugin, 30 mins work for the right person (we also know this plugin is more than capable as this is a new version, based on an old page we created a few years ago).

Need someone who is familiar with WordPress, ideally mapsvg but don't think that the critical part and happy to tweak a little code in the back end I suspect for the dot size maybe (I could be wrong and that maybe customisable in the plugin but worst case scenario)

UK or USA only given timeframe as this needs sorting within next 5 hours.
