Names & Meanings

I would like a Flash interface created which will allow users to place a name, date of birth and meaning of the name into an existing graphic. It will be required that the text be automatically sized and centered within the graphic. The user will be able to choose the color of text and the frame style. My hope is that there will also be access to a database of names and meanings. The placement and style of the various elements will be in keeping with my current website design (see attachment).
