Multi-Step form in Laravel and JavaScript

I have the following form that I've created. I have an error when saving. The controller and route works well as on a regular form it works perfect, the error only happens when I apply it to the multi-step. I suspect is the placement of the javascript. The error I'm getting "The POST method is not supported for this route. Supported methods: GET, HEAD, PUT, PATCH, DELETE."

I need someone to fix this error, as well as create javascript validation for select2 fields and the date field.

I need this completed within 24 hours. Please see the blade file attached.
