MS Flow app to update Dynamics 365CE from custom trigger for Lin

I’m seeking a true wizard with MS Flow to develop a solution with a custom trigger that will automatically update contact and account records in Dynamics 365 CE when data is changed in Linkedin:

ex. if a contact changes their title, company, location, etc. that data would get updated in D365 CE.

Or a company changes their name the account in CE would get updated along with related records.

When applying please CLEARLY describe your experience developing flows in MS Flow AND with Dynamics 365 CE. Obviously, if you have experience working with Linkedin API's (or any other workable methods to interact with Linked data on a record by record basis), definitely include that information.

Budget is 850 USD.
