MS Excel Product Configurator

I'm writing to obtain a quote for a custom Excel solution. I have a client who is looking for a product configurator based on a set of RFID clinical lab applications. I'm calling this a Lab Configuration Wizard. See attached page.

Overall Functional Specs

* MS Access or MS Excel based
* Wizard / Options based data selection
* Summary page should be a printable sheet(s) with an itemized list of RFID equipment needed for the installation/quote.


User Experience
- Walk through a series of questions and/or pages/menus to build a list of RFI equipment required to configure a lab

Would like you to provide a quote to building out the attached document into an Excel tool that is easy to maintain/update as time goes one.

This tool would need to be multi-lingual so it should be made so that one could switch between languages if needed.

My team and I will deliver the hardware catalog and other information as well as the "decision tree" logic that the tool should follow.
