Moodle Learning plans - direct link

I need to have the Moodle learning plan page embeded into a course page or have a direct link from the course page to the learning plan page. I want the content in the red box on the attached image embeded on the course page.

Currently the student has to go into their profile and then scroll to the bottom and click on learning plans. We wanted to make it easier. This is the current path mysite.com/admin/tool/lp/plans.php?userid=42
