Moodle and PHPBB developer

I am currently organizing a web project that needs Moodel and PHPBB customization and integration to my new website.
I need a talented and experienced developer who can customize Moodle into the way I have planned and develop it into a version for standard browser and also a mobile version.
The same as PHPBB.
Moodle and PHPBB will need to have the same header and footer as my new website.
There is an universal login system needs to be built into those two system. Once online users login from the main site, they will be able to access Moodle and PHPBB without login twice.
You will be working with our web developers to get the whole project done.

The quality of work is absolutely essential. The project is last 3-4 weeks.
