Modify PG Dating Pro script's Group and Gift Module

Need customization of the PG Dating Pro's Mobile script as follows;

1) Instead of logging in an interacting with the entire community, the script presents a user with the list of groups on the system and requires the selection of one at login. The user then can only interact with other users currently logged in to that group and users added as Friends which are currenly outside of the group. The concept is similar to logging into a chat room but here you can only log in to one chat room at a time. Other's outside of this chat room will see these user at "In a Meeting" (A new status along with the existing Available, Away, Offline etc),

2) The script already has the Group module to facilitate #1. The currenly module has Group Leaders. I need these group leaders to now have the ability to Remove or Block particular users from the Group and remove posts to the Group.

3) The script currently has a Gift Module, which the system administrator controls. All users can currently buy from the store a chose to send gifts to other users. I need the script modified to allow not just the System Admin but the Group Leaders as well to control inventory for sale. Users can only buy goods from the Group Leader whose Group they are currenly logged into and from the System admins current Gift shop. As it relates to where does the funds go, the system currently allows for several payment services to be used, funds would go the the sysems account. This would remain so however a transaction record will be kept of each sale and be available to the system admin and that group leader for Tracking, Settlement and to Veiw Items for issuance/pickup by the purchasing user or the user the gift was sent to. .

4) Users currenly access the system based on the payment requirement set. ie The system admin sets whether the site is free access or have the user pay a fee for 1, 3, 6 months etc. Need functionality added for access to the system (based on the new group selection). Here the group leader will have the option to set if the groups is paid or free and if paid, what cost and also the the allow access period in Day not months. The user as currently transpires will pay for access from funds in their account. Further the Group leader will have the option to add funds/points to users accounts accounts from their (group leaders) interface or be able to issue single or multiple coupons codes to the user to access. If the user has no funds in there account, they are direct to a page to enter coupon code or use the payment system to add funds.

Successful freelancers will need to review and become familar with the PG Dating Pro application via the demo website www.datingpro.com/dating/demo.php and give technical insights on how they will achieve the requirements stated.
